Furthermore The Tassie Dining Card does not endorse or recommend any establishment contained in the website and all comments regarding the individual restaurants, bakeries, cafés and coffee shops are made by the venue.
The Tassie Dining Card is not responsible for any claim or statement made by any participating venue.

Each participating venue has an agreement with the Tassie Dining Card to honour the card when presented. However The Tassie Dining Card cannot be held responsible for any venue that breaches this agreement, closes down, relocates or changes ownership within the life of this website.

The Tassie Dining Card may not be used in conjunction with any other offer, scheme, discount card or trade exchange card. Once purchased, The Tassie Dining Card cannot be cancelled and no refunds will be given.
